There is no statutory obligation to appoint a data protection officer.

2. General information

I process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website
and to fulfil my contractual and legal obligations. The legal bases are in particular
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (performance of a contract), (c) (legal obligation) and
(f) (legitimate interests). Your data is deleted once the purpose of processing ceases to
apply and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The provider
processes the data transmitted via the website on my behalf under a data processing
agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time the site is accessed, the server automatically records log files: IP address,
date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser
and operating system details. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the
purpose of operating the website securely and reliably. Log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider once they are no
longer technically required.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies – for the shopping basket, the
checkout process and the language selection – are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
and § 25(2) TDDDG and do not require consent. Non-essential cookies are only set with your
consent under § 25(1) TDDDG. You can delete cookies or restrict their storage at any time
in your browser settings.

5. Contact form and e-mail

If you write to me via the contact form or by e-mail, I process the data you provide
(name, e-mail address, subject, message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis
is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a
contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your enquiry is deleted once it has been dealt
with conclusively and no retention obligations apply.

6. Customer account and order processing

To process your order I use your name, address, e-mail address and the order and
payment details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may order as a guest without
creating an account. If you do create an account, your orders and downloads remain
available there until you delete the account.

Invoice and accounting data are subject to commercial and tax retention periods and are
kept for six and ten years respectively (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO). To that extent processing
is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

7. Payment service providers

If you pay by credit or debit card, Klarna or Link, your payment data is processed by
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.
If you pay with Klarna, Stripe additionally passes the data required for this to Klarna
Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Disclosure takes place under
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract. The privacy notices of the
respective provider apply in addition.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure
(Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability
(Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
(Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the
future.

An informal message to fuseaux@web.de is sufficient
to exercise your rights.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of
Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

10. Data security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by
“https://” in your browser address bar.

11. Changes to this policy

I will amend this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to the legal
situation make this necessary. The version published here at the time applies.
